Meeting metadata, HR records, and audio/video recordings, including screen-sharing content, can be stored together.
This enables easy searching and retrieval of meeting records at a later date.
FEATURE_04Customize Call Recording Prompts and Integrate with External Systems in Teams Phone
When using Teams Phone, a default message such as “This call is being recorded” is automatically played when call recording is enabled. With Compliance Guard by Fairuse, this message can be removed or replaced with a custom prompt that aligns with your company’s compliance policies.
Entire call recordings can also be transcribed and analyzed using Azure OpenAI, with the results posted to external systems such as Salesforce, based on your business needs.
Both features are available as custom solutions provided by Fairuse and cannot be achieved using Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales.
